PILS Pairing – Shellfish

Great beer deserves great food—discover the perfect dishes to pair with our crisp, refreshing Pilsner.

Shellfish – shrimp, clams, oyster, lobster. The crisp, bright flavors of the pilsner accentuate shellfish. A lobster roll dripping with butter would be a fitting example of boosting the rich flavors of the lobster while cleansing the palate of the fatty butter. It would also be a hit with lobster mac-n-cheese.
