Brewing Process
We use our traditional brewing methods and quality ingredients,
not alcohol removal, to create full craft flavor in our non-alcoholic
Trail Pass. This feels truer to our craft values and, frankly, delivers a product that tastes like
beer. By using a yeast purposefully designed to only metabolize the less complex sugars, we are able to have an alcohol content of less than 0.5%.
We start
Hop Splash with the very same water we use for brewing beer, then we dry-hop with Citra and Amarillo hops. Before going into cans, we fizz up Hop Splash with sustainable CO2, captured, cleaned and reused from our own beer fermentation.
