PILS Pairing – Spicy dishes

Great beer deserves great food—discover the perfect dishes to pair with our crisp, refreshing Pilsner.

Complex foods such as Thai, Indian, Mexican, and Jamaican dishes that are heavy in spice aroma and heat, but not too spicy. The carbonation and bright flavors work as a palate-cleanser between bites and balance the heat in these dishes. It’s simplicity pairs with complex dishes and not overpower or complete with those flavors. The complexity of the food highlight the bright, crisp finish of the pilsner.
